Returns & Refunds Policy
Goods may be returned to us on completion of an authorised Returns Form, as
detailed below:
1. Faulty Parts. All of our parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
This means that if a fault arises within 12 months from the date of purchase,
and as a result of manufacturing defects, the goods will be replaced free of
charge.
2. Damaged Parts. If you find your parts are damaged, they may be returned to
us, and subject to acceptance, will be replaced free of charge. Alternatively,
you may choose to have your money refunded, including carriage charges.
3. Wrong Part Supplied
a. If we have supplied an incorrect part, goods will be replaced free of
charge, or you may choose to have your money refunded, including carriage
charges.
b. If you have chosen the wrong part, goods will be exchanged, subject to any
price variation, or you may choose to have your money refunded, excluding
carriage charges.
4. You have changed your mind. If you decide that you no longer require the
parts, you may return them to us in a saleable condition, within 7 days of
receiving your order. There are certain products, which must be returned in a
sealed condition, to qualify for a refund. Our customer service helpline will
be able to advise.
5. Shortages. If all or part of your order is not delivered, we will either
credit your order, or arrange to have a replacement sent, free of charge.
